Some Fun Yet Trivial Tidbits About Me (Just in Case You’re Curious!):
A Country Lass With Class
I’m an outgoing, good-humored, God-loving, down-home optimistic country woman with drive and determination to succeed. My creative juices are always flowing!
I love country music – no two ways about it. Both my dad and my husband are “cowboys” and my son was sporting Wranglers and boots before he could walk. But I also have style; I can bust a move with the best of them, and have been known to share a hip-bump or two with my teenage daughter. She’s just like her mama, although she’d rather clean her bedroom than admit it!
I love what I do. Helping others achieve their goals through strategic relationship marketing fuels my passion for connecting clients with new technology and creative marketing techniques. Technology has truly leveled the playing field by giving every entrepreneur and small business owner the opportunity to soar!
What I love most of all, though, is spending time with my family. Snuggling on the couch with my husband and two kids, eating popcorn and watching old movies, is my idea of heaven.
The Food That Feeds My Soul (Hint: It’s Muy Picante!)
I love to cook; spicy Mexican food is my favorite thing to eat and it’s become my family’s fave, too! My kids started eating hot salsa when they were toddlers and to this day it’s a staple in our fridge. Never store-bought, always homemade by the Mays! Click here to download my family’s secret recipe. We like our salsa muy picante, but feel free to tweak the heat to your family’s liking.
A Four-Season, Starry Night Kind of Gal
I love living in Flagstaff. Snowy winters, spring winds, summer sun and the eye-popping colors of fall make me feel alive. I enjoy the outdoors, especially vibrant sunsets and starry nights fringed by towering pines. I’ve spent hours upon hours stargazing with my kids, studying constellations and trying to remember where they are and what they’re called. My kids are partial to Orion but I’m drawn to Cassiopeia myself because of its reference as being a throne in the sky. Click here for a link to Lowell Observatory, one of our favorite stargazing sites. It’s where Pluto was discovered!
